• Open to everyone: Men / Women / children (over 13 years old) No experience necessary!
• Martial Artists of all ranks and styles welcome!
• Spectators welcome! Everyone must stay in set no walking around during seminar.
• All radios, ipods, phones, games and a like must be kept silent
• Photography/ Videotaping not allowed.
• Dress code: Comfortable loose clothing or Martial Arts uniform.
